Key Tenets

Personal Responsibility:  Doing the right thing starts with you.

Community Focus:  We must stand up to help ourselves and our community.  Our best bet is to start the ball rolling at a community level, then let government standards catch up to us.

Develop mutually beneficial relationships:  You always want to work with people.  Avoid conflicts by not creating them.   Keep doors open and bridges straight and clear.  Be an agent of positive change.

Open communication:   Be clear, don’t misrepresent yourselves or Brand Austin, and try to have fun.  If you have any questions, please re-read tenet one.

Do only good:  This tenet speaks for itself.  In time, it will speak for you.
